Max Dunitz received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in mathematics and electrical engineering and computer science in 2014 from MIT and is working toward an M.Eng. degree in electrical engineering and computer science. For his M.Eng. project, he is applying machine learning approaches to the early detection of septic shock that take advantage of high-resolution arterial blood pressure information available at a bedside monitor. He is interested in the integration of data and models to inform critical care decision-making.
